Video Visit Instructions: Before the visit and Day of the visit
Medication Renewal: Contact your pharmacy first to request the renewal. We require 3 business days to respond to the pharmacy. Patients who are on controlled substances will need to be seen monthly for medication renewal, and for written medication contracts to be signed, per US DEA. Other monitoring methods will be required as well.
Telemedicine: This is sometimes called Telehealth. This type of medicine allows providers to care for patients without an in-person office visit. Telemedicine is done primarily online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. To schedule, call the office or use the patient portal above.
Urgent Care/Same Day Appointments: These appointments are set aside for short term problems that arise and need immediate attention. Contact the office by 8:00 am to schedule. These appointments are not for routine care or exams.
